These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VR Anywhere website (vr-anywhere.com) and our mobile VR entertainment services. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

VR Anywhere provides mobile free-roam virtual reality entertainment for private and public events. We bring a complete VR arena — including equipment, setup, trained staff, a curated game library, and full teardown — directly to your location in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website are estimates and are not binding. Final pricing is confirmed via phone or email based on your specific event requirements, including location, duration, number of guests, and setup logistics.

Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to book an event, nor does it obligate VR Anywhere to provide services at any particular price.

SMS Communications

By submitting a form on our website that includes a phone number field, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from VR Anywhere LLC. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Event status updates
  • Session reminders
  • Group invitations

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. VR Anywhere is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Booking and Events

Once a quote is accepted and a booking is confirmed, the specific terms of your event (including date, time, location, duration, and pricing) will be communicated via email or phone. These confirmed details form the basis of our agreement for your event.

You are responsible for providing a suitable venue space that meets our setup requirements (minimum 20' x 20' flat surface area, access to standard electrical outlets, and protection from weather for outdoor events).

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are handled on a per-event basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vr-anywhere.com. We will work with you to find a solution, though cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances.

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Virtual reality experiences involve physical activity, including walking, turning, and reaching. Participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with VR activities, including but not limited to motion sickness, dizziness, tripping, or collisions.

VR Anywhere takes reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, including supervised play areas, safety briefings, and trained on-site staff. However, participation is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VR Anywhere LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.

Age Requirements

Participants must be 8 years of age or older to use our VR equipment. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the event. The event organizer is responsible for ensuring all participants meet age requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of VR Anywhere LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pop-Up Event Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session, including no-shows, are not eligible for refunds as we have already reserved your arena time and prepared your experience.
  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • To request a cancellation or refund, email support@vr-anywhere.com with your booking ID and reason.

Private Event Bookings (Quoted Events)

  • Private events booked through our quote process are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If VR Anywhere is unable to fulfill your event due to technical difficulties or other issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling may be available depending on availability. Contact support@vr-anywhere.com.

General

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • VR Anywhere reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
